Job description


Digital media specialists use digital media to create marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. They are also responsible for creating content on multiple platforms such as company websites and social media platforms. They also conduct market research to identify industry trends.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and determine the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach them.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and implement SEO best practices to drive targeted traffic in collaboration with SEO specialist.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and track key metrics to maximize ROI in collaboration with Media Buyer.
  • Content Marketing: Create engaging and relevant content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content. Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and distribution plans to attract and engage the target audience in collaboration with the Creative and content departments.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Develop email marketing strategies, create engaging email content, segment email lists, and track campaign performance.
  • Website Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics. Track key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for website optimization and user experience improvements.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience. Conduct A/B testing, analyze website funnels, and implement CRO strategies to increase conversions and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools to streamline and automate digital marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation. Set up workflows, create personalized email sequences, and monitor campaign effectiveness

Job requirements


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
