Job description

We are currently seeking Call Center and Technical Support Representatives to join one of the leading web hosting and server services providers in the Middle East and Africa region.

Location: 206 Nile Street - Maadi - Cairo

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing support

  • Troubleshooting technical issues

Salary: 11,000 EGP

  • Basic Salary: 9,000 EGP

  • Monthly Performance Bonus (KPI): 2,000 EGP

Working Hours:

  • During Training Period: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • After Training: Shift-based

Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working Days:

  • During Training: Sunday to Thursday

  • After Training: Schedule varies based on business needs

Requirements:

  • Graduates from Computer Science or Information Technology colleges

  • Knowledge of web hosting services

  • Maximum age of 30 years

  • Previous experience in call center or technical support is preferred

  • English proficiency level B1

  • Residence near the workplace (Maadi) as transportation is not provided
