Business Development Specialist - USA BPO Call Center Industry

NAOS Solutions, a leading provider of innovative business process outsourcing solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Sales and Business Development department. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the USA BPO Call Center industry.

 We are looking for someone who is experienced in selling B2B solutions, and who is capable of leading the organic growth of the company through strong and effective management of the sales, sales pipeline, and newly brought deals.The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead management

In this role, you will be responsible of selling leading-edge Call Center Solutions in the USA market, the key responsibilities of a business development specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Own, qualify, and manage all leads and sales channels.
• Lead sourcing
• Manage and monitor sales activities while maintaining an accurate company CRM.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Meet provided annual sales quota each quarter.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Fluent English speaker
  
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of successfully converting sales
• Excellent knowledge USA BPO Call Center Industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• A passion for driving growth and achieving targets
