Medical Team Leader (Bilingual)

NAOS CX is seeking a Bilingual Team Leader with a Medical Background to join our team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of bilingual professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of bilingual professionals
• Utilize your medical background to provide guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback

• Fluency in English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in a medical field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, veterinary, or a related study
• Previous Call center Experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical or medical field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
