By submitting an application for employment with NAOS Solutions ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Consent to Use and Disclosure of Personal Information: You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. This includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, employment history, and any other information you provide in your application materials. You also consent to our sharing of your personal information with our affiliates, agents, and clients as necessary to evaluate your application.

Acknowledgment of Employment at Will: You acknowledge that your employment with the Company will be at-will, meaning that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Obligations: You agree to comply with the Company's policies and procedures regarding the protection of confidential information and trade secrets. You also agree that during your employment and for a period of 12 months following the termination of your employment, you will not compete with the Company or solicit its customers, clients, or employees.

Background Checks: You consent to the Company conducting background checks as part of the application process, which may include but are not limited to criminal background checks, reference checks, and verification of your education and employment history.

Release of Liability: You release and waive any claims against the Company arising out of or related to the application process or your employment, including but not limited to claims for discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

Governing Law and Venue: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action arising from or related to this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
