NAOS Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager, to work with one of the fast-growing companies specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of glass and mirror products. An industry leader supplying the finest products and services to consumers, businesses, distributors, and contractors.


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.


An ideal candidate for this position must be able to:

  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Create a plan for lead generation and prospecting using conventional and professional social media like LinkedIn
  • Hire and train new people in the sales team



Job requirements


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction sector or any relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Past experience in the US market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and market knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
