NAOS Talents is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to work with one of our clients. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department's operations and ensuring its success.
In this role, you will work closely with the department manager to oversee daily activities, manage projects, and provide guidance to team members. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing the administrative and financial activities, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Assistant Manager Will also be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist the department manager in planning and implementing strategies to achieve department goals
- Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate and prioritize projects to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
- Experience in financial or administrative management is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
